2. We guarantee the distribution of products made by our equipment. Charcoal has high-quality characteristics (fraction that is less than 20 mm does not exceed 5%, coal has a high mechanical strength).

3. We provide technical support. Every our client is provided with telephone number of hot line by which you'll be given advise and help to tackle the situation connected with kiln operation. If you have any questions at the place of kilns installation we will advise you and send a specialist if necessary. Our kilns work almost in every region of the CIS countries.  Good relationships with our clients allow us to provide a direct communication for the purpose of skill sharing.

4. We guarantee continuous operation. The warranty period of the complete kiln is 12 months. In case of warranty occurrence it takes 6 days to clarify all the reasons and eliminate defects. 24 months warranty is also possible. When adhering to requirnments of technical documentation charcoal burning kilns can operate up to 5 years without major repairs.

5. We upgrade and fulfil the wishes of our clients. Our staff consists of heating engineers, charcoal burners-practical experts and other professionals. Together we produce easy-to-use and high-quality equipment. We produced more than 300 units of charcoal burning kilns at the 1st January, 2009. Since 2004 more than 30 upgrades have been implemented and approved by the consumers of equipment.

7. All the materials, used for production of our equipment, are selected according to the requirements of construction and meet the specifications.

In accordance with GOST 24260-94 "Raw material for wood pyrolysis and coal-burning" is divided into 3 groups of wood species.

The 1st type includes hardwood species (birch, beech, oak, hornbeam, ash, maple, elm).

The 2nd type includes all the softwood species,

The 3rd type includes alder, aspen, linden, poplar, willow.

As for the the GOST 7657-94  A grade charcoal is produced from the raw material of the first group and B grade charcoal is made of of raw material of the 2nd and 3rd groups. Physics-chemical indexes of charcoal should meet the requirements specified in GOST 7657-94.
