| Charcoal Sorting and Packing Line "STANDARD" |
 Line for charcoal packing allows sorting and packing of charcoal at minimum physical force. The construction can include batcher for charcoal from 1 to 5 kg, system of aspiration which guarantees the cleanliness of production premises, transporters and other units which will make the work of the maintenance staff much easier. Brief description of the Line
Initially, the charcoal is loaded into a hopper where it can be installed with the cell grid 140 ? 140 mm, which prevents the firebrands in the bunker. From this hopper with coal Vibratory conveyor is fed to the bucket conveyor. Using Vibratory conveyor prevents fragmentation of charcoal when loading onto the conveyor, as this can be combined with the separation of small fractions of charcoal. With the help of a bucket conveyor certified charcoal is fed into the storage hopper feeder. Savings dispenser can be additionally equipped with sensor size, i.e. when filling the hopper conveyor is turned off. Depending on the program specified, charcoal is batched into bags in the quantity from 1 to 5 kg. The operator takes the bag and stitches it up and then moves it to the open conveyor. Then the bags are directed to the vibrating table where the euro pallet is installed. Here each bag should take its place in order to avoid tripping of the pallet while transported. The pallet is established on the inverting where it is taped with the stretch film. The packed pallet is forwarded to the warehouse. Productivity of the line is 250-500 kg/hour.
