The representatives didn’t perform necessary preparations (gross violation of technical rules) of working area, equipment for operation, staff and the customer paid for all this. As a result the equipment was broken down and the produced charcoal was of law quality. For instance:

1. Absence of solid surface on the working area
2. The chambers were installed irregular
3. The joining channels were not isolated by the brick
4. The size of wood doesn’t meet the requirements
5. The loading of wood into the trolleys is incorrect

As a consequence we disabled the dealers’ rights of our representatives in Bulgaria! The customer works…
