The Charcoal Kiln "EURO"

In November, 2011 the CK “EURO” was launched in Maykop (Krasnodarsky Kray, Russia).

The range of problems, such as nonconformity to the requirements of charcoal burning area, bad weather conditions and also inappropriate location of the kiln caused very difficult startup. Nevertheless our specialists launched the kiln.
As the technical regulations were not met while operating the CK “EURO” one couldn’t achieve the high quality of the obtained charcoal for a long time.

At the end of November, 2011 the production of charcoal was started in Vasilkov not far from Kiev.

The working area consists of 2 charcoal burning kilns CK “EURO” and also includes a place for raw material preparation equipped with hydraulic log splitter.  Mainly the processed wood is oak and apple-tree. Due to the efforts of our specialists one managed to reach the highest quality and output of charcoal. At the moment obtained products are used in the most prestigious restaurants of Kiev.

August 18, 2011 the shipment of CK “EURO” to Egypt, namely to Port Said, was carried out.

The receiving party was our representative in Egypt Dr. Nader Hassan. In the nearest future this kiln will be launched, after that all the “dirty technologies” of charcoal production are planning to be replaced with ecologically clean CK “EURO”.

In July, 2011 charcoal burning kiln “EURO” was put into production in Poland.

The processing raw material is packing industry wastes. As a result of production high-quality charcoal was obtained for a short period of time. That fact significantly increased the efficiency of equipment.
