Heating complexes on wood waste

In today's economy energy sources, as well as minimization of industrial waste have a significant influence on the product price. We offer installations for the integrated and optimal plant origin waste conversion into useful products.
The problem of heating is becoming increasingly important both for existing businesses, and for just cause. Comfortable working conditions, energy savings and the stability of the enterprise depend on the efficiency of the heating system. And with the current increase in prices for natural gas interest in a highly efficient boiler equipment has increased significantly.
Our equipment works on the waste of plant origin and helps not only to recycle waste products, but also extract extra profits by processing them into thermal energy.
Sawdust and small wood waste are optimal to process into thermal energy. Our heat and power complexes will help you with this. The maintenance of given temperature is provided by automatic mode of dosated fuel delivery. Gasification process used in operation provides a high coefficient of efficiency (three times higher than that of usual boilers "on sawdust") and lack of emissions during the proccess of complex operation. The complex is recommended for heating of: drying chambers, industrial, office and living premises, greenhouse, etc. Most importantly, at current prices of raw materials (gas, coal, electricity, liquid fuel), this set is repaid for less than 2 seasons, and provides independence from external energy sources.
The lack of problems during operation of the boiler is more important. In contrast to the market of heating equipment market for its services is still evolving. Selling boiler today, as a rule, does not imply commitment to qualitative service support. Ideally, it should include not only the warranty and after-sales service, but the whole cycle of works: from the heated space energy analysis and the drafting of the heating system prior to installation with following inspection of operation by an engineer, then put on the equipment warranty.
The main goal of our company is the integrated approach to the development and implementation of alternative fuels boilers. We offer a full range of services for the development, implementation, installation, maintenance and training of personnel to work on our fuel and energy complexes.

The heating equipment which is made at our enterprise, is intended for transformation of the low-grade, waste fuel consisting of wood processing waste (wood chip, sawdust, scraps, shavings etc.), and other waste of a phytogenesis (sunflower’s peel, straw, not commodity seed’s plants) in thermal energy. Its heating boilers are recommended for use in structure of bricketing lines and to granulate wood processing waste and other waste of a phytogenesis. The production efficiency of thermal energy is achieved due to use of gas generator, that provides full combustion of fuel, including gases which are formed at  the process, consequence of high EFFICIENCY and absence of emissions during complex operation.

  • The Consumption level of fuel depends on type, breed and humidity of used raw material, and level of premises heat isolation.
  • Calculation of necessary thermal capacity is made by heating engineers for each case separately.

The brief technology description

Sawdust (shaving) or chip are filled in the bunker equipped by "stirs" which prevent "sticking" of raw material, and further pass into the submission conveyor working in "submission-pause" automatic mode according to the program set on the controller. Submission carries out the dosated submission of fuel into the gas generator in which there is a process of gasification, i.e. the process of almost full transformation of fuel into combustible gases (residual amount of ashes <1 %). The way of transformation of firm fuel in gaseous fuel is simple enough, well checked up and it’s applied in gas generator. Fuel which moves in the chamber of gas formation, in the dosatedt amount, at a stage of gasification, heats up the heated reactor, break up on carbon, water pairs, pitch and oil. The further reaction between carbon and oxygen of air provides temperature which is sufficient for formation education carbon oxide (CO) — it’s the main combustible component of produced gas. Pitches and oils decay on gases which contain hydrogen, i.e. the principle of "a clean pipe" is realized. The minimal gas heating power is 1100 kcal/m3. The torch of burning gas goes to the boiler combustion chamber where the water is heated. Scraps and lumpy waste are burnt directly in the boiler heating chamber. The controller-programmer provides maintenance and adjustment of temperature of the heat-carrier with accuracy ± 1 degree. Water circulation in the system is provided with the pump.


The basic advantages of heating systems:

1. Our boilers are universal, unlike a firm fuel boilers, where only firm pieces of waste are used. They can work both on waste, and with use of firm pieces of waste. The opportunity of lumpy waste burning directly in the boiler heating chamber provides trouble-free work of the boiler equipment if there is a sudden switching-off of the electric power.
2. Transformation of sawdust into combustible gas — gasification of fuel provides practically full combustion of fuel by humidity from 6 up to 70 %.
3. Installation coeficient of efficiency (80-85 %).
4. The design of the bunker is equipped by stirs system, which prevent a sticking and provides uniform submission of raw material.
5. High accuracy of water temperature (±1°C), has a favorably influences on initial quality of wood, when using a complex for heating of drying chambers.
6. Emissions are absent in the process of installation exploitation. Installation of spark extinguishing systems and сleaning of smoke gases is not required, as fuel burns down practically completely. (1 % of ashes is formed).
7. The automatic mode of dosated fuel delivery does not require constant presence of the service staff.
