CK "Bezzolnaja"

The charcoal kiln is used for recycling of non-commodity wood and wood processing waste products in order to obtain charcoal. Due to the overall size and consistency of construction the kiln can be easily transported which provides production mobility and opportunity to use it in hard-to-get areas. Branches of kiln application are: small and big enterprises dealing with wood procurement and processing, within and outside the city; forestry; enterprises dealing with sanitary cutting down. The main advantage of CK «Bezzolnaya» is an opportunity to process fine pieces of firm and soft breeds of wood, i.e. charcoal remains practically the same size, as the loaded raw materials!

During the procces of production the fraction that is less than 20 mm. does not exceed 2-3% from general output of charcoal, moreover, adjustment of temperature in pyrolysis chamber allows to receive “charcoal logs” that are commonly used in countries of Western Europe. The percentage of charcoal output makes 30 % from unit weight of loaded wood (1 m³ of oak = 160-200 kg). If to take, for instance, kilns where charcoal is produced by open flame with limited oxygen supply, it is easy to see that maximum 30% of unloaded coal has coarse grain starting from 60 mm. Moreover mechanical strength is less than 15% which leads to the increase of fine grain during production, unloading and transportation. In CK "Bezzolnaya" the output of high-quality coal is up to 90 %, it is stipulated by the process of drying, directed separation of thermal streams, and also by the flow of the pyrolysis process without access of oxygen and open flame. The recommended sizes of wood used as raw material are as follows: length – 10 - 2000 mm., width – 10 - 150 mm.

Additionally each modification of CK "Bezzolnaya" can be completed by systems which will reduce amount of emissions in the atmosphere. The reburning pyrolysis gas system (RPGS) is used to reduce the amount of emissions, and also to reduce the charge of fire wood. It can be installed on any modification of CK "Bezzolnaya".
Gas formed in the result of pyrolysis process is directed to the heating torch; gas is purified that prevents the electric "snail"-fan from damage.
The system of smoke reduction (SSR-1) is used to reduce emissions by condensation of the formed gas during the operation of the kiln.
The difference between these two systems is that SSR-1 does not require electricity, and RPGS works during pyrolysis process only .

For transportation convenience CK "Bezzolnaya" can be installed on biaxial trailer.
