CK "Bezzolnaja"
The charcoal kiln is used for recycling of non-commodity wood and wood processing waste products in order to obtain charcoal. Due to the overall size and consistency of construction the kiln can be easily transported which provides production mobility and opportunity to use it in hard-to-get areas. Branches of kiln application are: small and big enterprises dealing with wood procurement and processing, within and outside the city; forestry; enterprises dealing with sanitary cutting down. The main advantage of CK «Bezzolnaya» is an opportunity to process fine pieces of firm and soft breeds of wood, i.e. charcoal remains practically the same size, as the loaded raw materials! |

Gas formed in the result of pyrolysis process is directed to the heating torch; gas is purified that prevents the electric "snail"-fan from damage.
The system of smoke reduction (SSR-1) is used to reduce emissions by condensation of the formed gas during the operation of the kiln.
The difference between these two systems is that SSR-1 does not require electricity, and RPGS works during pyrolysis process only .
