The development of this kiln was based on CK "Bezzolnaya", which has been produced by our company since 2004. For years well-tested construction GUARANTEES high qualitative and quantitative indicators of derived charcoal.

The main difference of the kiln from its predecessor is a handy loading of chambers with raw material, in contrast to CBK-5 (charcoal burning kiln), as well as quick and easy unloading of charcoal, in contrast to the CK "Bezzolnaya".

The kiln is easily transported from place to place that ensures the mobility of production and allows of operation in places which are difficult of access.

Due to the built-in smoke-reducing system the emission rate goes down to 50%. CK "UGOLKOV" refers to the pyrolysis mode kilns, which allows you to recycle the wood from 10 to 300 mm in diameter, while the amount of fractions less than 20 mm is reduced to zero. Active output of charcoal makes 30-35% of the loading timber unit weight (Oak 1 m³ = 160-180 kg).

Coal produced in the kilns of this type is highly valued by consumers because it keeps the heat for a long time and doesn’t brake into pieces.
