Charcoal kiln CK-100 "Kudesnitsa" refers to stationary charcoal kilns with replaceable retorts and the way of wood heating through the wall. Kilns of the given type have a high output of charcoal (35 %) and allow making charcoal with the contents of carbon up to 90 %. Charcoal made on CK-100 "Kudesnitsa" has high mechanical durability. Owing to a unique design, the kiln is ecologically safe for an environment. Productivity of the kiln depending on season and used wood is 80-100 t\month.
The brief description
Smoke-deflecting pipes with funnels, allocating steam-gases in heating, are established in the bottom part of pirolysis chambers opposite to apertures in the arches. Funnels are supplied by sandy shutters. The bottom of pirolisis chambers is filled in ceramzite concrete. The retort has a board below the bottom cover, and this board plunges into the sand in funnel, creating a hydro shutter. Supports for retorts with fire wood and cooling coal are established along the kiln 4. Retorts represent steel cylinders in height of 3.5 m and diameter 1.02 m, with tightly welded bottom and a cover which leans back on loops at loading and unloading. In the top and bottom parts of retorts loops for gearing a sling of the elevating device are welded. At closing the bottom cover of a retort on perimeter there is a crack through which pairs and gases can leave a retort. In the bottom cover apertures for an output of gases pairs are made in addition. By means of telfers (the lift) hoisting-and-transport operations with retorts the empty, filled fire wood, the hot and cooled down coal also are carried out. The charcoal is received from charcoal kiln supplied by ladders and platforms for service of retorts. There is a smoke-deflecting pipe connected to the kiln by a flue on the working area, camera with the board of the control and a household premise, unit of unloading and crushing of coal and a covered warehouse of finished goods with packing branch.

Productivity depends on following factors: 1. Humidity of wood; 2. Breed of wood; 3. the size of a piece. Especially essentially reduces productivity increase in humidity in comparison with nominal (55 % rather). At humidity of raw material it is steady higher, than it is specified, productivity decreases, at humidity of 70 % rather (fresh cut deciduous wood during of juice movement) productivity decreases for 15-20 %. Productivity as depends on the average size of fire wood.
The kiln consists:
1. Heating chamber; 2. Pirolysis chambers with six cells for installation of retorts; 3. Drying chambers with six cells for installation of retorts (the number of cells depends on humidity and breed of raw material); 4. Retorts with folding covers, gas taps pipes (inside of the kiln); 5. Smoke-deflecting pipes; 6. The kiln is mounted on a base plate from cast reinforced concrete.

The kiln is made on the place of operation, only a few structural elements are subject to construction in our workshop.
We make a technical documentation set for manufacturing the furnace by productivity up to 100 tons. of charcoal per month, we can make the control of manufacturing and starting-up and adjustment works.
