In 2011 the following changes were applied to the installation:
- the KPI of the installation was increased
- the service life of the pyrolysis installation was increased
- condensation and gas purification were improved
- charcoal filter was substituted with a more reliable water filter
- installation works continuously
- guaranteed volume of recycling is 1 ton/day
- cooling of carbon residue is provided in the retort
The set of the equipment can consist of pyrolysis installation (reactor) where the pyrolysis process takes place, condensation system, where steam and gas mixture is converted into liquid fraction and also from the set of piping. One reactor can have 0,5 t of non-prepared rubber or 0,8 t of prepared one. Products obtained in the result of the recycling surpass all the analogs which exist nowadays on the market of the CIS. Additionally the installation can be equipped with extra facilities which make the operation easier and allow further processing of obtained products which increases profitability.
We recommend our clients to install even number of pyrolysis installations, i.e. 2,4-12 units as the residues of extra pyrolysis gas can be used to start the next reactor.

Since 2011 a new set of the installation called “ECO” has been introduced. Its productivity by raw materials is 1 t/day. Please find the set of this installation in table 2 below:

The abovementioned set is the basis for installation of any productivity (1-12 t), i.e. the quantity of the components can increase depending on the amount of tons of converted raw materials. . Additionally the installation can be equipped with extra facilities and also with equipment for processing of products obtained in the result of the pyrolysis process. On the basis of the abovementioned equipment, development and installation of equipment for complex recycling of tires is possible.
This equipment can also be used for recycling of any waste products containing polymers, oil products, etc. Obtained products are: liquid fuel fraction, carbon and non-organic residue.
